At LabelMate we always strive for you as a customer to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and smooth returns process.

Right of withdrawal and return policy

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, according to the Distance Contracts Act. To exercise your right of cancellation, follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer Service
- Send an email to hello@labelmate.se with your order number and a brief description of why you want to return the item.

2. Pack the Product
- Pack the item properly in the original packaging along with all accessories, manuals and any free products that came with the order.

3. Send the Return
- You will receive a QR code or shipping label from us to print a return label at your nearest parcel agent and then send it to us.


Return policy
- The item must be unused, unopened and in new condition.
- All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping, unless the return is due to a complaint (see the section on complaints below).

Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints
If a product is defective, damaged or if we have delivered the wrong product, you have the right to make a complaint. To make a complaint, follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service
- Send an email to hello@labelmate.se with your order number, a description of the problem and attach pictures showing the defect or damage.

2. Wait for Instructions
- We will contact you with further instructions on how to return the defective item. We will cover the return shipping for approved complaints.

3. Replacement or Refund
- If the complaint is approved, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost or refund the purchase price, depending on your preference.

Frequently Asked Questions about Returns

Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges of items. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order on our website.

How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Who pays the return shipping?
You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping, unless the return is due to a complaint. The return shipping costs 79 SEK.
